?: What is Wan Wan Walkers Cancelation Policy?
A: Please notify Wan Wan Walkers if you wish to cancel your appointment as soon as possible. At the latest, Wan Wan Walkers accepts cancelations up until the day before the scheduled appointment date. Day of cancelations will be charged a minimum of $12 per cancelation.
?: Does my pet need to be up to date on vaccinations and vet visits?
A: No, up to date vet records and vaccinations are not required however they are highly recommended for the health and safety of your pet. At minimum, please vaccinate your pet against rabies as it is a zoonotic disease and can spread to humans.
?: Does Wan Wan Walkers accept sick pets?
A: It depends on the illness. Wan Wan Walkers is more than happy to watch your sick pet while you are away so long as the illness cannot be spread to humans or other animals. We have experience working with sick animals and can even medicate if the situation arises. Wan Wan Walkers is not responsible for any injuries or vet bill occurred from illness. Please inform Wan Wan Walkers if you believe your pet is ill.
